Service Fulfillment
All photography, editing, retouching, studio, commercial visual production, and digital image deliverables are provided through scheduled photography sessions, email communication, digital galleries, secure file links, proof approvals, written project scopes, and approved production milestones.
Refund & Cancellation Support
Some projects may require a deposit, booking fee, or upfront payment before work begins. Deposits may be used to reserve production time, prepare equipment, schedule staff, secure studio resources, purchase project materials, or begin planning. Deposits may become non-refundable once a project is scheduled, preparation begins, resources are reserved, or production work starts.
Clients may cancel a project by sending written notice to ADVOLENS INC. Cancellation requests should include the client’s name, project type, scheduled date, and reason for cancellation. If cancellation occurs before any planning, preparation, studio scheduling, resource allocation, photography, or editing work begins, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the project terms.
Rescheduling Photography Sessions
Clients who need to reschedule a photography session should contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made close to the scheduled session time, if studio time has already been reserved, or if project resources have already been prepared.
Digital Deliverables
Refunds are generally not available after final edited images, proof galleries, downloadable files, retouched images, print-ready files, or other digital deliverables have been provided. If there is an issue with file access, file format, image delivery, or technical quality, contact us within 5 business days so we can review the issue and provide a reasonable correction when appropriate.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by ADVOLENS INC.
